Details:长城类别：单体建筑 经纬高度：东经：118° 21′ 北纬：41° 22′ 海拔：1398 建筑形式：烽火台位于承德县蹬上乡乱石窖村下榆树店村东南约4.4千米的高山上，坐落于河北与内蒙古两省（区）交界处的长城线上。保存较差。烽火台黄土夯筑，已坍塌成圜丘状，顶平。结构紧密坚硬，烽火台中间下凹，顶直径2.2米，底直径7.2米，东高1.5米，西高1.8米。表面长满杂草，地处山梁上，周围灌木丛生，松树、杨树为主圆柱形夯土实心台 材料：黄土 附近遗存：位于长城线上。东北约140米为白草洼2号烽火台。西南约250米为白草洼4号烽火台。
