Details:长城类别：单体建筑 经纬高度：东经：116° 38′ 北纬：41° 25′ 海拔：903 建筑形式：烽火台位于承德市丰宁县黄旗镇城根营村西约1.2千米的黄土山梁上，山梁东西走向。东约500米为潮河。111国道从城根营村中通过。此台隔河与城根营北侧疙瘩山烽火台相峙，烽火台四面围缓坡，坡上遍生荒草。西北约200米的黄土坡上有石板墓群（多次被盗）。 烽火台红色块石基座，上筑黄土，已坍塌成圆丘状，顶径3.70米，底径9.80米。存高1.90米（北侧），东侧存高1.50米。顶正中有盗洞，洞深1.20米，直径1米。烽火台四周散落有红色石块。另有几块灰色方砖，来历不明。方砖尺寸：30.5米×30.5米。另有几块黑釉瓷片。南侧山坡存有一定数量的瓦砾。不清 材料：黄土 附近遗存：西南约1.8千米为碾子沟梁烽火台。北约1.2千米为城山梁古城址。
