Details:长城类别：关堡 经纬高度：东经：113° 6′ 北纬：39° 22′ 海拔：1137 总体情况：马岚口堡址位于下马峪乡马岚口村中，位于长城南侧，马岚口堡与内长城墙体相连接。堡墙保存基本完整，北墙即为长城墙体，基宽4-6米，顶宽0.8-1.5米，残高2-5米。墙体夯筑，包砖不存，石砖被村民扒掉，做为修房盖屋的建筑材料。南墙顶部有厚约0.50米的土石层。西墙中部设1门，现为豁口，宽5米，深7米。存角台3座。东南角台基部突出墙体约4米，宽约4.5米，高约5米。东北角台即为长城墙体上的敌台，骑墙而建，底部东西长约4.5米，南北宽约4米，顶部东西长约4米，南北宽约3米，残高约8米。通体夯筑，东壁中部有一道长约5米，宽约0.6米，深约0.6米的竖向凹槽。堡内为现代居民。《宣大山西镇图说》载，雁平道北楼路参将设于嘉靖三十七年（1558），该堡隶属于此路，则应筑于同时或稍后。 附近遗存：无。
