Details:长城类别：单体建筑 经纬高度：东经：117° 07′ 北纬：41° 25′ 海拔：912 建筑形式：烽火台位于丰宁县北头营乡山嘴村西约0.4千米的黄土山梁上，南北两面为山沟，南坡为低矮灌木。北坡为阔叶林（主要为橡树）。烽火台黄沙土夯筑，整体呈圆丘状。保存较差，南面裸露台体。北面掩映在树林中。顶部南北3.9米，东西7米。底直径13米。保存及东侧存高3.1米。南侧2.0米。未见标本。不清 材料：黄土 附近遗存：西北约8.3千米为隆化大北梁烽火台。东南约3.5千米为墩头山烽火台。
