Details:长城类别：单体建筑 经纬高度：东经：115° 13′ 北纬：40° 58′ 海拔：1637.60 建筑形式：红旗营乡马凤祥沟村西南约2.7千米，西湾子镇二道沟与小坝沟分水岭北端制高点处，长城由其东南约5米处由东转为南向。 此烽火台坍塌为圆堆状，残高约1.5米，坍塌平面直径约13米。现存东南角及东、南边，角为直角，东边约9.4米，南边约9米。由此推断此烽火台建筑平面为矩形，剖面为梯形。表面生长杂草。平面为矩形，剖面为梯形。 材料： 附近遗存：长城由此烽火台东南约21米处由东西向转为北南向。其东北约1.5千米为马凤祥沟烽火台2（原命名为烽火台20）。
