Details:长城类别：单体建筑 经纬高度：东经：115° 16′ 北纬：41° 02′ 海拔：1785.30 建筑形式：烽火台位于红旗营乡沟掌村东南约3千米、二十里营村东北约2千米、白旗乡下窝铺村西山体制高点处，东南约20米为沟掌烽火台4。 此烽火台坍塌为圆堆状，残高约2.5米，东侧及南侧有基边痕迹，南侧最上层基边残长约5米，从东边残存情况看，似三层台式，因此烽火台原平面应为方形，剖面为阶梯形。毛石干插而成。平面为矩形，剖面呈阶梯形。 材料： 附近遗存：沟掌长城从此烽火台北约88米由北转向西，其西北约1.6千米有沟掌烽火台2（原编号为烽火台12），西北约20米为沟掌烽火台3（原编号为烽火台14），沟掌烽火台3、4位于同一山顶上。
