Details:长城类别：单体建筑 经纬高度：东经：117° 06′ 北纬：41° 33′ 海拔：844 建筑形式：烽火台位于郭家屯村西南约1.千米的山梁上。东约0.2千米为大道季节河。西侧依山坡松树。北约0.3千米为韩郭公路。西北山下原为部队营房，现为民用。 烽火台黄土夯筑，已坍塌成圆丘状，顶部长有少量荒草。四周长满杂草和灌木。顶直径3.6米，底直径11.5米。南侧存高5.2米。西侧存高2.9米。 烽火台周围发现有加云母红陶片，外绳纹内布纹灰陶片。 烽火台线路由郭家屯分支进入大北沟，接丰宁县凤山镇，西山神庙烽火台为大北沟支线烽火台之一。圆柱形夯土实心台 材料：黄土 附近遗存：西南约1.9千米为瓦房烽火台。西北约2.5千米为郭家屯西烽火台。
