Details:长城类别：单体建筑 经纬高度：东经：113° 50′ 北纬：39° 24′ 海拔：1457 建筑形式：西河口南梁烽火台位于西河口村南梁山顶之上，西河口南段长城内侧6米处。敌台外壁石、砖已被当地居民扒掉用于修建房屋.。土台四壁保存完整。在土台四壁中部（石墙上面）各有一条宽0.7米，深0.3米的长方形坑通到烽火台顶部，可能是砌砖墙时为加固砖墙与土台之间的粘合力之用途。 材料：敌台外壁石、砖已被当地居民扒掉用于修建房屋。从现状观察，石墙高0.7米，砖墙高5.7米，从现存土台看，该台内质黄砂土，经夯筑而成，夯土层0.2米左右。 附近遗存：无。
